Being a woman is tough as it is, but when you add in a brain that never stops overthinking into the mix - welp, then you got yourself a real party. On the one hand, it does drive us crazy. You know, the constant 'what if' thoughts. You overthink every scenario you've ever lived through, wondering what would happen if you said/acted differently. But on the other hand, overthinking saves us in many cases too.
We guess the one upside to overthinking is that you think through every single possible solution and approach, which ultimately, could lead you to the best possible outcome.
